About Therapy Talks with Nipa

Creating Space and Empowering Voices

Therapy Talks with Nipa (TTN) aims to create space and empower voices by offering a unique therapeutic environment where the clients voice and experiences are at the centre of therapy.

I hope to create an authentic and real therapeutic relationship for us where you can feel safe, heard, accepted, and truly understood. I hope that the environment we create will allow you to bring yourself as who you truly are and offer you the courage to explore all of your experiences, emotions and feelings - or anything else that you might want to bring.

This is an open space where any and all of your experiences are accepted and welcomed.

This is a space where you can understand yourself in a more deeper and meaningful way.

Starting therapy can feel really intimidating. It can feel hard to make space for it in your life or understand how it might help you. It's easy to end up feeling lost and overwhelmed in this journey.

I have been on this same journey of hardship and discovery myself. That's why I want to assure you and let you know that I am here to make sure that no matter what, you and your voice will be heard here. I want to encourage your voice and experiences being heard in whatever way I can, and in whatever way is important to you.

No matter what you have been through or want to talk about, your experiences will be understood here.

You and your needs will always be important in the space we create.
