The price of your block booking is calculated using your session rate and the number of sessions you would like to book in a block.

If you have made a block booking, but decide that you no longer want therapy, the block booking will not be eligible for a refund as they are offered at a concessionary reduced rate.

If you need to cancel a session, you are asked to provide 48 hours notice. If you cancel a session within the notice period, your session will be rolled over so that you still receive the full block of sessions that you have booked.

If you cancel a session under 48 hours notice, the standard cancellation policy will apply and your session will not be rolled over.​

​

If you did not attend a session, but you did not cancel the session either, this will count as a missed session and will not be rolled over.

​

If you miss more than 2 consecutive sessions with no notice, you may risk your sessions being terminated. If there is no response when contacting you, you may be removed from the client database.

Please ensure that you are able to attend your sessions as block bookings are made at your own discretion.
