Block bookings of 10 or more sessions are eligible for a 12% discount based on your session rate

Terms and Conditions

Please ensure that you fully read and understand the terms and conditions of block bookings as once you sign your contract, these terms are legally binding

"How is my block booking calculated?"

The price of your block booking will be dependent on your session rate and the amount of sessions you would like to book in a block

For example:

Your session rate is the standard rate of £50.

You would like to book a block of 10 sessions -

10 sessions × £50 = £500

£500 - 12% discount = £440 to pay

"What happens if I cancel a session?"

If you cancel a session in advance (more than 24 hours notice) your session will roll over so that you still receive the full amount of sessions that you booked until the block booking has been completed

Please be mindful that if you miss more than 2 consecutive sessions, you may be asked if you would still like to continue therapy

"What happens if I cancel a session under 24 hours notice?"

If you cancel a session under 24 hours notice, the standard cancellation policy will apply and you will be liable for the full session amount

Please be mindful that if you miss more than 2 consecutive sessions with no notice, you may risk your sessions being terminated

"What happens if I miss a session?"

If you did not attend a session, but you did not cancel the session either, this will count as a missed session (Did Not Attend) and will not be rolled over.

The standard cancellation policy will also apply where you will be liable for the full session amount

If you have missed more than 2 sessions with no notice or contact, you will be contacted to see if you would like to continue therapy.

If there is no response, you may be removed from the client database.

"I don't want to continue therapy anymore, can I get a refund for my block booking?"

Block bookings are not eligible for a refund as they are offered as a concessionary reduced fee

Please ensure you are able to attend your sessions as block bookings are made at your own discretion
