Block Bookings
Block bookings of 5 or more sessions are eligible for a 10% discount based on your session rate
Terms and Conditions
Please ensure that you fully read and understand the terms and conditions of block bookings as once you sign your contract, these terms are legally binding.
Block bookings are not eligible for a refund as they are offered at a concessionary reduced rate.
The price of your block booking is calculated using your session rate and the number of sessions you would like to book in a block.
If you cancel a session in advance (more than 24 hours notice), your session will be rolled over so that you still receive the full amount of sessions that you have booked.
If you cancel a session under 24 hours notice, the standard cancellation policy will apply and your session will not be rolled over.
If you did not attend a session, but you did not cancel the session either, this will count as a missed session (Did Not Attend) and will not be rolled over.
If you miss more than 2 consecutive sessions with no notice, you may risk your sessions being terminated. If there is no response when contacting you, you may be removed from the client database.
Please ensure you are able to attend your sessions as block bookings are made at your own discretion.
