Personal Interests
I have a personal interest in many different aspects of life. I particularly enjoy art and creativity and the healing similarities within creativity and therapy. I enjoy writing poetry and spoken word in my spare time as an additional tool outside of therapy. I find that as humans, we all crave a need to feel connected to ourselves and others, and creativity fosters this connection in a unique way.

Within my therapeutic work, I have an interest in working with people from marginalised backgrounds and/or communities. I want to use my business to create more space for groups and individuals who may be disempowered in society or within their own life. I want to amplify and empower the voices of those who may struggle to feel heard.
